As a food lover, BTS V dislikes going on diets.

K-poop star told a recent VLive audience he did not have any energy due to his die.

He said, "I never knew dieting was this hard, I was always tired, always sleepy, and I always felt tired."

He says that enjoying his food works better for him than dieting.

When eating, he tries to think happy thoughts as part of a healthy eating habit. 

Exercise and training are also a part of his daily routine along with diet.

Weight maintenance and staying in shape can be achieved through cardio workouts.

Almost every BTS member dances every single day, even for 2-3 hours at a time.

There were exercises like lat fly and lateral shoulder fly included in this workout.
